Following diverse experience in the industry, founder John Kachami established Vantage Architecture, which prioritises a client-focused approach. 

“We start right at the very beginning with our clients, listening, thoroughly consulting with them firstly to identify their priorities before shaping the brief, and realising an outcome that will best serve them,” explains John.

Vantage Architecture’s collaborative approach means we are highly adaptable and equipped to accommodate a variety of projects. Designing across a diverse range of sectors from childcare, to single residential, mixed-use and subdivision precincts, we have built a base of long-standing relationships with experts of the industry, from land surveyors to financiers and everything in between,  we use these introductions to help the project track true to course.

Our clients’ trust in our design rationale and project management because we are there every step of the way — we truly have our clients’ backs. Sometimes it can be hard to get the ear of the director after a practice has won a project. At Vantage Architecture continuity of oversight is important to us, and the team relish seeing out a project end-to-end.
