We quickly went to work on a tricky sloping site, maximizing value as well as classroom amenity.
Miraculously completing full design and town planning within 1 month on this strict and important project plan we had the set lodged with council before Christmas with time for council planners to review ahead of the holidays.
The result is a breathtaking asymetric design balancing single storey classrooms on the bottom of an approachable scale with the double storey element needed to increase the yield of the site. They harmony of the common design language brings these elements together in a way few can manage, producing a cohesive and pleasing result, highly visible from the main roads in the area.
