When our client came to us with this exciting site in the prestigious Kew they knew they wanted to add value but didn't know where to start.
We did some investigations into knockdown and rebuild scenarios and a renovation option. The current scheme was selected based on an increase in yield of approx 90% over the existing floor area. The new scheme consists of 4x160m2 approx apartments with a luxury approx 270m2 penthouse above.
